YC 2×2.5 Rubber-Sheathed Red Copper Wire (Special for Bridge Engineering)
This is a heavy-duty general-purpose rubber-sheathed flexible cable, specifically designed for outdoor, heavy-load, and mobile scenarios such as bridge engineering. Its core advantages include weather resistance, wear resistance, mechanical strength, and ease of installation.
I. Core Parameters (Tianhongxiang YC 2×2.5)
Model: YC 2×2.5 (Heavy-duty rubber-sheathed cable, 2 cores, 2.5mm² per core)
Rated Voltage: 450/750V (Medium and low voltage power transmission)
Conductor: 99.99% oxygen-free red copper (red copper), 5th class soft copper conductor, multi-strand stranded, extremely flexible
Insulation: Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), excellent insulation performance, heat resistance, and aging resistance
Sheath: Heavy-duty rubber compound, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, UV resistant, and weather resistant
Operating Temperature: Long-term allowable temperature of the conductor ≤ 60℃; environmental application -35℃ to 60℃
Bending Radius: ≥ 6 times the cable’s outer diameter, suitable for the complex routing and frequent movement of bridges
Current Carrying Capacity Reference: 2.5mm² copper core, safe current carrying capacity at room temperature is approximately 16 to 20A
